A Rs. 70 mn joint venture between Millennium Information Technologies and Ayojana Fund Management, eChannelling Ltd, allows patients to channell doctors at Colombos top private hospitals through the Internet.

rnAs an e-commerce start-up, eChannelling does not depend solely on web-based strategies to sell its services. Instead, patients are given a choice to book and pay for appointments over the Internet, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, top corporate firms and even a mobile phone.
