Samsung Galaxy S8 & S8+ launched in Sri Lanka
Apr 22, 2017 (LBO) – Samsung officially launched its flagship Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ in Sri Lanka during a unique concert held in Colombo yesterday.
The handsets will now be up for pre-orders with its shipping to be start on May 5. The Galaxy S8 comes with a price tag of 129,600 rupees while Galaxy S8+ is priced at 146,200 rupees.
The former is available in two colours — Black and Maple Gold – and the latter in Midnight Black, Coral Blue, and Maple Gold.
Available in 5.8-inch (Galaxy S8) and 6.2-inch models (Galaxy S8+), the Infinity Display and near bezel-less design form a smooth, continuous surface without harsh angles.
Both phones are equipped with an advanced 8MP F1.7 Smart autofocus front camera and 12MP F1.7 Dual Pixel rear camera for the best low-light, zoom and anti-blur photos with enhanced image processing.
