The ultra-luxury tower standing at 326 m will house the hotel brand ‘The Ritz-Carlton Hotel’ at the upper tier and the ‘Ritz-Carlton Residence, Colombo’ at the lower and the mid-tier of the tower.
Complemented by the celebrated The Ritz-Carlton services, the hotel and residences tower’s sophisticated design and luxury hospitality will provide an opulent retreat in an enviable location. Constructed by one of the largest state-owned Chinese construction companies Shougang Constructions Group (SGCG), is steadfastly adding floors to the superstructure at a decent pace. “We have adopted state-of-the-art construction methods to this building with the experience we have gained through our large-scale projects to ensure that we deliver uncompromised quality,” noted SGCG Asia Projects Head Zhang Maokui.
Earlier in the year, the developers announced that the interior and façade of the tower was contracted to one of the largest firms in the world, CITIC Groups subsidiary CITIC Construction Company and the MEP contract to Zhejiang Construction Investment Group from China.
