Renuka Hotels to be listed on CSE’s Diri Savi Board

Nov 01, 2017 (LBO) - Sri Lanka's family owned Renuka Hotels, the main share holder of Renuka City Hotel Plc has announced that it has opted to list itself on the Colombo Stock Exchange via an introduction. The CSE said it has approved in principle an application by Renuka Hotels Ltd.

to list 40,297,530 shares on the Diri Savi Board by way of an introduction. Copies of the introductory document will be made available by the company to all member firms and trading member firms shortly, it said in a stock filling.
