Mangala signs first Rs 5,000 note as Sri Lanka’s Finance Minister
The first Rs. 5000 note signed by Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera was presented to him yesterday, (21), by the CEO of De La Rue Holdings Plc, Martin Sutherland and the Regional Director for Asia-Pacific Mark Filer, at the Ministry of Finance.
