Final report of PRECIFAC handed over to President

Jan 03, 2018 (LBO) - The final report compiled by the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into serious acts of fraud, corruption and abuse of power, state resources and privileges (PRECIFAC) was handed over to President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat, Tuesday. The report consists of 1,135 pages and was handed over to the President by the Chairman of the PRECIFAC, high court judge Padman Surasena. Other members on the Commission included High Court judge Vikum Kaluarachchi, Piyasena Ranasinghe, Gihan Kulathunga and retired Auditor General P.A. Premathilake.
