Felicitation ceremony for Minister Rajitha after appointed as a Vice President of WHO

Health Minister Rajitha Senaratne has been felicitated for his services to the health sector at a ceremony held at the Nelum Pokuna Theatre today.

He was given the post of vice president of the World Health Organization for a one year term at the annual sessions in Geneva in May.

President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, as well as WHO representative in Sri Lanka, participated in the function.
