Sept 28, 2017 (LBO) - Sri Lanka's Litro Gas has decided to award the contract to construct the gas filling factory of Litro Gas Lanka Company Hambantota to Dockyard General Engineering Services at a cost of 647 million rupees.
"The proposal made by Public Enterprise Development Minister Kabir Hashim, to award the above contract as recommended by Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC) was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers," a cabinet statement said.

The new facility will service consumers in the Hambantota, Ampara, Monaragala, Batticaloa, Badulla, Matara and Ratnapura districts.
