Aug 19, 2020 (LBO) – A committee has been appointed to look into the instances of irregularities and ineffective actions in the four major state banks during the last five years, the Finance Ministry said.
Accordingly, Bank of Ceylon, People's Bank, National Savings Bank, Regional Development Bank, and related institutions will be investigated for irregularities.
