The culinary extravaganza is scheduled to take place from November 30 to December 2, 2023. SriLankan Airlines will serve as the flown-in partner, facilitating Gary Mehigan's arrival in Sri Lanka for an extraordinary culinary experience that the island has yet to witness.

The culinary journey will culminate with a carvery at Cheers Pub, Cinnamon Grand Colombo, on December 2, along with a delightful High Tea at Atrium on the same day.
During his visit, Gary Mehigan will have the opportunity to explore the culinary excellence of SriLankan Airlines by visiting its flight kitchen and experiencing the preparation of in-flight meals.
