Sri Lanka’s online property portal ‘Lamudi’ launches its first real estate magazine

July 15, 2015 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s online property portal ‘Lamudi’ has launched the first issue of its real estate magazine ‘Property Now’, the company said.



The quarterly magazine consists of the latest real estate market report, trends in the real estate industry, home tips, current developments, changes in the digital market and other pertinent topics.





Though the country’s real estate industry is growing at a steady pace, lack of information regarding the trends of the sector makes it quite difficult to analyze the future of the industry more accurately.

“We believe the Property Now magazine is the best way for the investors and other interested readers such as new homeowners, property hunters and students of research to learn about the real estate market and the relative sectors of Sri Lanka.” Hugh van der Kolff, MD of Lamudi Sri Lanka said.









The magazine will be distributed at real estate developer offices, cafes, hotels, banks, embassies and salons.
