May 11, 2015 (LBO) - Sri Lanka’s Commercial Credit and Finance, to issue debenture to raise one billion rupees which will be listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange, the bank said in a stock exchange announcement.
The company plans to offer 10,000,000, rated, subordinated, guaranteed, redeemable debentures at an issue price of 100 rupees each.
