A Commercial Bank led consortium is to finalise the borrowing plan, repayable over seven years, SriLankan Catering CEO Dilip Nijhawan told Lanka Business Online
The automated kitchen will cost a total of about US$ 25 million and will be operational by September 2005, ready to prepare some 13,000 meals a day, replacing the current, over 20 years old facility. rn
