This is a welcoming step leading to prevent colossal amount of money waste in medicine for diabetic patients. I suggest the authority should extent this practice for all kind of foods including but not limit to farmed vegetables, fruits and process foods. Accordingly consumers will be aware of the risk or trouble they going to get into. Sri Lanka must develop unique business models for the recognition of healthy foods considering our economic conditions rather than trying to follow costly methods adopt by develop country.
