Revenues had grown 12 percent from a quarter earlier to 458 million rupees. Subscribers had grown 6 percent to 149,449 from a quarter earlier and 22 percent from a year earlier.
In the December quarter group revenues were up 8.8 percent to 9.57 billion rupees while the core mobile firm's revenue went up 9.5 percent to 8.7 billion rupees from a quarter earlier.
But Dialog group reported 24 percent higher administrative expenses of 4.47 billion rupees. The firm said a 610 million rupee voluntary retirement scheme was announced in February 2010 but its cost were charged to the December 2009 quarter.
The firm said revenues grew 6.0 percent from the previous quarter. Its mobile subscribers grew 16 percent to 6.37 million from a year earlier and one percent from a quarter earlier.
For the full year 11.05 billion rupees in one-off write charges were made as the firm wrote off network equipment and offered a retirement scheme.
