The '02nd Power Sri Lanka 2010 International Expo,' on June 03 and 05 is organized by the Indian unit of Conference & Exhibition Management Services (CEMS) a US-based firm.
The event will feature focused exhibitions in 'Renewable Energy Sri Lanka 2010 International Expo' and 'E-Power Sri Lanka 2010 International Expo which will be on Electric Power Equipment and Technology.
The exhibition has been endorsed by the Ministry of Power and Energy of Sri Lanka and supported by the state-run Sri Lanka Convention Bureau, the organizers said.
Sri Lanka's state-run power distributor Ceylon Electricity Board buys power from dozens of private producers and is also expanding to cover more of the island, building new plants and transmission networks.
