Organisers said they also hope to encourage schools leavers and university students to look at logistics as alternative areas of employment as the country tries to become a maritime and aviation hub with new ports and airports being built.
They said 40 teams with over 200 people are billed to take part in the quiz to be held on April 21, 2010.
Ruwan Senanayake, the quiz master who will conduct the programme, said participants range from exporters and importers, to service providers like banks, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
