The Chamber Academy, the knowledge arm of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Information and Communication Agency (ICTA) will be hosting a timely webinar on the Data Protection Bill. The webinar is sponsored by Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and London Stock Exchange Group – Sri Lanka.
The discussion will be based on the proposed personal data protection bill, defining measures to protect personal data of individuals held by banks, telecom operators, hospitals, and other personal data aggregating and processing entities formulated by the Legal Draftsman’s Department.
