H20 ONE (Pvt) Ltd (H201) announced that they have appointed Chaminda Lakmal as Chief Executive Officer effective from 1st August 2020. Lakmal has over 12 years of industry experience and is a Chemical and Process Engineering graduate from University of Peradeniya. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka, Institute of Chemical Engineers UK and of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Senior Member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
Lakmal has extensive experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning, operation, and maintenance of different types of water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, solid waste management systems. He is specialized in delivering robust user-friendly designs and solutions to clients and has expertise in Zero Liquid discharge systems, Zero sludge systems and bio augmentation.
