Ramani Ponnambalam appointed Chairperson of Alliance Finance (ALLI)

August 3, 2018 (LBO) - The Board of Directors of CSE listed Alliance Finance has appointed Non Executive Director Ramani Ponnambalam as Chairperson with effect from July 31st. From Alliance Finance website: Mrs. Ponnambalam "has held several senior management positions in large private sector entities. She served as a Director of McLarens Holdings Ltd. and currently serves as the CEO/Managing Director of Macbertan (Pvt) Ltd. and as a Non-Executive Director of Hotel Services (Ceylon) PLC & Amaya Leisure PLC. She has served in key roles in negotiating and securing international and local businesses and development locally." Alliance Finance is a CBSL Registered Finance Company.  The 60 year old company has an equity base of over Rs4bn and customer deposits of over Rs13bn.
