Apr 03, 2017 (LBO) - Japan’s SBI Ven Holdings, an investment holding company, bought a 11 percent stake in Sri Lanka's Sunshine Holdings for 742.5 million rupees.
The firm bought 14.85 million shares at 50 rupees a share.
