Top innovation leaders of JKH, MAS, Hemas & CodeGen to speak at CCC event

The leaders driving innovation in Sri Lanka’s top firms will share expert insights and practical lessons at the upcoming ‘Future of Business’ Innovation Strategy and Learning Event organized by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, and will spell out the key ingredients needed in building in-house innovation teams. Mr. Nathan Sivagananathan, Chief Growth Officer of MAS Holdings, Mr. Nissanga Warnapura CEO of Helavation (Hela Clothing), Dr. Harsha Subasinghe, CEO of CodeGen, Dr. Muditha Senarath Yapa, Head of John Keells Research and Dr. Himesh Fernando, Director – Innovation of Hemas Holdings will speak in a Plenary session of the learning event, which will discuss the topic of ‘Building an Innovation Team in Your Corporate’. The speakers will outline innovation strategies of their companies, unpack practical challenges and solutions, and discuss whether large firms can innovate like startups do. Prof. Jaideep Prabu of the Cambridge Judge Business School and co-author of award-winning book ‘Frugal Innovation’, will join the session and bring a global perspective to the interaction.
