Aug 03, 2016 (LBO) - Sri Lanka's courts granted permission to shareholder of Distilleries Company for a plan to swap stock with Meltacorp Limited, a statement said.
The company will call an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on September 06, 2016 immidiately following its annual general meeting to get shareholder approval.
After the swap, both Meltacorp and Distilleries Corporation will be listed.
